PC: To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then, drag the file or folder from the compressed folder to a new location. To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Mac: Double click the .zip file, then search for the product folder or product file.
Still having issues?
These errors can occur for a number of reasons. The majority of the time it is caused by too many downloads being downloaded at once and/or the download was interrupted.
Redownload; Remove the faulty zip files from your machine and download 1 file from your account. If the file works, continue downloading each file 1 at a time (you may get away with 2-3 concurrently). If the zip file is still faulty follow the next step.
Download archiving software; For windows, I recommend either 7zip or WinZip. These programs can often bypass various .zip file errors. For Mac, I recommend either The Unarchiver or iZip.
Downloading to a mobile device?
All of our products are archived within .ZIP files. By default, mobile devices do not recognize these files and will often require additional help; In the form of applications.
For Apple Devices: Please install the iZip application to your device. Then try to download the files from our store. Using the App, you can extract the files within.
For Android Devices: Please install the WinZip application to your device. Then try to download the files from our store. Using the App, you can extract the files within.
